Apple Cinnamon Cake Mix

How to Make It?

1. Preheat the oven (conventional 175°C, fan 160°C).
2. Mix the eggs with the butter. Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined and spoon into a greased or lined loaf pan.
3. Place the pan in the middle of the oven for 60 – 70 minutes. Check the cake halfway through with a skewer. If batter sticks to the skewer, bake a bit longer! If the skewer comes out clean, the cake is ready!
