Time for baking a banana bread with dark chocolate with this cake mix!
How to Make It?
- Preheat the oven (conventional 175°C, fan 160°C).
- Mash 2 bananas with a fork and mix in 2 eggs and the butter.
- Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Slice the remaining banana lengthwise and place on top of the bread.
- Place the pan in the middle of the oven for 60 – 70 minutes. Check the bread with a skewer halfway through. If batter sticks to the skewer, bake a bit longer! If the skewer comes out clean, the bread is ready!
