Please get in touch for shipping elsewhere, including Malta.
There will be set dates for deliveries in Malta.
Refunds and Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? What a pity! You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
Send an email to [email protected] and include your order number, name, which products are being returned and the reason for return. You have another 14 days after the return request to return the product.
When you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. If you decide not to return some of the ordered products, you will receive a refund of the relevant products, excluding shipping costs. We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving your return if the return shipment has been received by us in good order.
Return costs
The costs and risk for returns are for the customer. We recommend that you provide the package with a Track & Trace code.
Method of return
Make sure that the product is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged, we cannot fulfill the refund request.

Unfortunately, online exchanges are not possible. If you would like to receive a different product, we ask you to place a new order.

PostNL usually delivers packages the next day, but this is not always guaranteed.
For letter box gifts (brievenbuspakketjes), the recipient does not need to be home as the box fits through a regular letter box. For luxury gifts, the recipient or someone else will need to be home.
Yes, you can select a date for your box to be posted when you make your order. We recommend allowing 3 days for the parcel to be delivered for extra security. An “open on…” sticker can be stuck to the box for gifts to be opened on a specific date.

Yes, of course! With any box, you can choose a greeting card for free and a message to go at the back of the greeting card. Your message will be handwritten for a more personal touch.
The email address you provide when you order will be used by PostNL to send you updates on delivery.
Do you live in or around Maastricht? Then you are more than welcome to pick up your order from us. Check the option ‘Pick up in Maastricht’ on the payment page and we will ensure that the package is ready for you by the next day.
